How we test casino bonuses
Every bonus recommendation on this site goes through the same five checks:
- Registration. We sign up as a normal player and note how long it takes, which documents are requested, and whether any country or payment restrictions appear that the promotion page never mentioned.
- Bonus claim. We deposit our own money and confirm the bonus arrives as advertised: correct amount, correct minimum deposit, and a working bonus code where one is required.
- Wagering check. We play through the requirement and verify it matches the published terms — the multiplier itself, which games count and at what percentage, the maximum bet while wagering, and the expiry clock.
- Withdrawal test. We cash out and time the payout from request to money received. We document every verification step, every fee, and any attempt to delay or reduce the withdrawal.
- Support test. We ask live chat and email support real questions about the bonus and rate the answers for speed, accuracy and honesty.
A casino that fails the withdrawal test does not get recommended, no matter how generous the headline offer looks. Everything else feeds a single scorecard: real bonus value after wagering, fairness of the fine print, payout speed and support quality. The score a casino earns in testing is the score that gets published — there is no second, commercial pass over the numbers.
How we review slots
Our slot reviews — with a focus on money-themed games — are built on provider-verified specifications only: developer, reels and paylines, volatility, maximum win and RTP. Where a game ships in several RTP versions, which is increasingly common, we disclose the full range and flag that the final figure is selected by the casino, not the game studio. If we cannot confirm a number from the provider’s official materials, we say so instead of guessing.
Update policy
